The Kardashians have always been about burgers, especially the new ones.
It seems like they’re just waiting to be pushed to the forefront of pop culture, with the Kardashian reality series, “Keeping Up with the Krazys,” premiering tonight on HBO.
But is this a case of “brave and dangerous” pandering?
Is it the real deal?
And if so, why?
Let’s start with the burger.
While it’s been the subject of numerous celebrity-related ads since its launch in 2012, the Krakowski brothers have never appeared in a commercial for their burger chain.
But a quick search on YouTube reveals that a burger ad from the late ’90s featuring them and other Kardashians has been seen more than 1 million times since.
The burger, which is made with ground beef, chicken and a sweet, salty, spicy and creamy sauce, has become a signature of the Kardash’ lifestyle and is still served at many of their shows.
According to The Wrap, the Kardashs have spent upwards of $2 million on burger-related merchandise in the past year.
That includes items like shirts and hats.
And the Kardashian family also owns the brand KFC.
The brand also appears in the new “Keeping up with the krazys” TV show.
A spokesperson for KFC told the outlet, “The krazins are a family and a family of burger lovers who embrace all things delicious.
The krispy kreme is not the only KFC burger, as there are dozens of other delicious KFC items on our menu.”
The Kardashians did not respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.
The new ad is also noteworthy for its marketing strategies.
In the advertisement, the sisters dress up in revealing outfits with their famous hairstyles.
They wear “Kourtney’s signature bun” on their headbands and wear it all over their bodies, including their chests.
They also appear in a black bikini.
In the first commercial for the series, which premiered on HBO on April 11, the family appears to be in the same spot as they have been since the start of the series.
A group of Kardashians is seen dancing to a song, while the family eats their signature burger.
